Associate Attorneys: We are seeking motivated and talented associate attorneys who are eager to contribute to our firm’s success. Ideal candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent legal writing and research skills, and a passion for advocacy. As an associate at Linville Law Group, you will:

• Work on a variety of challenging and interesting cases
• Gain hands-on experience in litigation, legal research, and client relations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies
• Participate in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admittance to the state bar (or pending admittance)
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

Paralegals: We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced paralegals to support our attorneys in all aspects of case management. Paralegals at Linville Law Group play a critical role in the success of our cases, handling everything from document preparation to trial support. As a paralegal with our firm, you will:

• Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information for case preparation
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Assist attorneys in managing client files and case records
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Paralegal certification is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
